In 2023, Fursac initiated a collaboration with Force Femmes involving several projects aimed at supporting the professional reintegration of women assisted by the association.
Founded in 2005, Force Femmes assists the reintegration of women aged 45 and over who are unemployed, guiding them towards autonomy in building their professional projects, whether as employees or entrepreneurs. The goal is to empower each woman to shape her own path.
Fursac's support takes various forms, including mentoring activities with the beneficiaries of the association and a fundraising campaign in stores. This campaign is an initiative launched around November 6th, a significant symbolic date marking the moment when women "stop being paid" in France, thus highlighting persistent wage inequalities.
From November 4th to 10th, for every purchase of a Fursac piece ,€5 will be donated to the association.
Through this initiative, Fursac highlights fashion as a key self-expression tool as well as the ever-growing need for solidarity in the professional world, while supporting women's empowerment in taking control of their own paths.
